WolfeReiter Powers Interactive Marketing Campaigns for Bayer Pharmaceuticals and RTC

RTC Relationship Marketing helps Bayer Pharmaceuticals market its consumer product lines. WolfeReiter was tapped in 2003 by RTC to implement a web-based marketing initiative for Bayer's YASMIN birth control pill. Paired with a print ad campaign, the site was quite effective in generating a profile of the target market and a significant database of prospects.

To help fine-tune marketing plans, RTC asked WolfeReiter to conduct a follow-up web survey with 27,000 opt-in prospects. Working closely with RTC, we constructed the survey instruments in less than a week and achieved almost a 3% response rate.

Recently, WolfeReiter was again selected by RTC and Bayer to update its online survey and opt-in email fulfillment campaign tools. We worked closely with RTC’s creative team and Bayer managers to deliver targeted follow-up content to thousands of survey respondents who expressed interest in further information.

Accelerating New Business for Government Contractors: Emerging Markets Group Works Faster and Smarter with WolfeReiter Software

WolfeReiter recently launched a suite of customized intranet applications for Emerging Markets Group (formerly Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Emerging Markets, Ltd.) -- a powerful new set of tools for tracking, marketing, and bidding federal government projects.

This 6-month engagement equipped and trained EMG staff with a new set of tools for integrated opportunity tracking, bid/no-bid decision making,  proposal management, past performance tracking, and client relationship management.  Emerging Markets Group is an established and successful government contractor, and was one of WR’s first clients when the company was established in May 2003.  The new business intranet was an ambitious project that came together smoothly – on time and within budget.

Chemonics International Selects WolfeReiter for Accounting Integration Project

WolfeReiter was selected this fall by leading international development consultancy Chemonics International Inc. to provide a custom subcontractor invoice processing system that is integrated with the firm's Solomon IV accounting system.

The solution centers on an ASP.NET web application that handles data entry, validation, processing, and approval workflow for subcontractor invoices related to Chemonics' U.S. Government contracts.  Other .NET components facilitate forward and backward integration with Solomon, so the subcontractor billings get rolled up into Chemonics' own invoices to its federal government clients, with multipliers and other indirect cost information automatically applied.

WolfeReiter worked closely with Chemonics' Finance Division to define requirements for both the client-facing project management teams and the accounting team.  The result is a system that will provide useful project management indicators and cost tracking information to client service teams and speed the monthly billing cycle.
